1. Welcome
Welcome to L-PLANNER. This guide helps new users understand the basic structure of the system and find the right planning tools for their daily work.
L-PLANNER combines project planning, production control, task management and reporting in one environment.
2. What is L-PLANNER?
L-PLANNER is a construction planning and production management platform. It supports both high-level scheduling and short-term production control.

3. First Login
When you log in for the first time, check that you are working in the correct project and that your user rights allow you to access the modules you need.
- Open L-PLANNER in your browser.
- Sign in with your user account.
- Select the correct project if more than one project is available.
- Open the module you want to use from the sidebar.
- If a module is missing, contact the project administrator.
4. Select a Project
Most information in L-PLANNER is project-specific. Tasks, schedules, locations, owners and planning boards are usually stored under the active project.
- Confirm that the selected project is correct.
- Check that project users and responsibilities are up to date.
- Confirm that locations, phases or work areas follow a consistent naming logic.
- Agree which planning module will be used for each planning purpose.

- Use Takt Planning when production needs a location-based flow and rhythm.
- Use Last Planner Weekly to agree weekly commitments.
- Use Last Planner to manage daily execution.
- Use Tasks for actions, open issues and follow-up items.
7. Roles and Access
User access may differ by project and module. Some users can edit information while others can only view it.
